摘　　要：从水稻花药培养到获得花粉植株,是个连续的过程,每个步骤的成败都关系到最后获得花粉植株的多少。主要从材料的选择、取样后的处理、培养基中激素搭配、培养条件和壮苗过程等方面对影响水稻花药培养效率的因素进行了分析,总结了一些经验,以供参考。It is a continuous process from anther culture to pollen plant acquisition in rice.The success or failure of each step is related to the number of pollen plants acquired at last.The factors affecting the efficiency of anther culture in rice were analyzed from the aspects of material selection,treatment after sampling,hormone collocation in culture medium,culture conditions and seedling strengthening process,and some experiences were summarized for reference.
