摘　　要：2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球蔓延,受疫情期间各项管控措施影响,华中地区用电需求大幅下滑。同时,疫情影响了全球及我国经济、能源发展,对煤炭行业上下游均产生重大冲击。为保障2020年“迎峰度夏”期间电网安全稳定运行和电力可靠供应,指导各省火电厂蓄煤保电,深入分析宏观政策、运力、价格对电煤供需的影响,并对2020年“迎峰度夏”期间华中地区的供煤、耗煤、存煤情况进行定量预测,最后对保障全网电煤供应提出了措施对策.In 2020,as the COVID-19 epidemic spread around the world,demand for electricity in central China fell sharply as a result of various control measures during the epidemic.At the same time,the epidemic affected the global and China's economic and energy development,and had a significant impact on the upstream and downstream of the coal industry.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid and reliable power supply during peak summer period in 2020,and guide the coal storage and power conservation of thermal power plants in all provinces,this paper analyzes the impact of macro policies,transportation capacity and price on the supply and demand situation of power coal,and makes a quantitative prediction of the coal supply,consumption and storage situation in Central China during the peak summer period in 2020,and finally provides the guarantee countermeasures of the whole network power coal supply.
