摘 要:为解决W型火焰锅炉NOx排放量高的问题,借鉴四角切圆锅炉低氮燃烧技术的工程经验,提出了基于空气分级燃烧、燃料分级燃烧、浓淡煤粉燃烧、双级燃烬风控制等技术的低氮燃烧组合式改造方案,并进行了数值模拟确认。该方案成功应用于某电厂600 MW机组锅炉的改造,应用结果表明,燃烧改造后BMCR工况下锅炉NOx排放量减少50%以上,提高了锅炉效率,减轻了SCR脱硝系统的运行压力,避免因过度喷氨造成氨逃逸带来的二次污染问题。In order to solve the problem of high NOx emission in W-flame boiler,the engineering experience of low nitrogen combustion technology in tangentially fired boiler is used for reference,based on air staged combustion,fuel staged combustion,dense-lean pulverized coal combustion and two-stage combustion air control,a low-nitrogen combustion combined retrofit scheme is proposed and verified by numerical simulation.The scheme has been successfully applied to the retrofit of a 600MW unit boiler in a power plant.The application results show that the boiler NOx emission is reduced by more than 50%under the BMCR working condition after the retrofit,the boiler efficiency is improved,and the operating pressure of the SCR denitrification system is reduced,to avoid the secondary pollution problem caused by ammonia escape caused by excessive ammonia injection.
