摘  要:沪苏湖铁路虹七特大桥为(42+60+45)m钢-混结合连续梁桥,主梁采用"槽型钢箱+混凝土桥面板"形式,利用了原设计方案主跨45m预应力混凝土连续梁的预留基础,节约了大额管线迁改费用。钢梁采用单箱单室槽型梁,横隔体系分为框架式、桁架式、实腹式3种,标准间距为4.0m。混凝土桥面板横桥向全宽预制,预留加长湿接缝剪力槽,满足了铁路桥梁布置大量剪力钉的需要。桥面板设计采用不允许裂缝产生的方法,主力工况下按全预应力构件设计,主力+附加力工况下按预应力混凝土A类构件设计。中支点负弯矩区抗裂措施主要采取调整桥面板安装顺序、支点顶升、设顶升预拱度、双重结合等措施。主梁刚度以及动力性能良好,有效保证了行车安全性、舒适性。The Hongqi Bridge on Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou Railway is a continuous steel-concrete composite girder bridge with spans of 42,60 and 45 m.The superstructure consists of open-top steel box girders and concrete slabs.The bridge was originally designed as a prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with a main span of 45 m,and to facilitate the construction and save the tubing rearrangement cost,the foundations are remained the same.The steel girders is the mono-cell open-top box girders,with three types of diaphragms installed at standard intervals of 4.0 m,including the frame diaphragms,truss diaphragms and solid diaphragms,The concrete slabs are precast in full width,on which long shear stud pockets are reserved in the wet joints for the large amount of shear studs demanded on railway bridge.The concrete slabs should be cracking-resistant,which are designed as full-prestressing components under the principal loads,and Grade-A prestressed concrete components under the combined effects of principal loads and additional loads.Measures,such as adjusting the installation sequence of concrete slabs,jacking up at supports,reserving jack-up precamber and dual connection of steel boxes and concrete slabs,were taken to prevent cracking in the hogging moment region at the intermediate supports.The rigidity and the dynamic performance of the bridge are good,and the riding safety and comfort can be guaranteed.
