洁尔阴洗剂治疗新生儿皮疹的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察洁尔阴洗剂治疗新生儿皮疹的效果。方法:将2018年4月至2018年12月间在我院出生的40例新生皮疹患儿,分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组采用普通温水沐浴后涂抹金霉素眼膏,每天1次,观察组采用洁尔阴洗剂兑温水洗浴每天一次,观察两组患儿皮疹的消退效果与消退时间。结果:通过回顾性分析显示,观察组的新生儿皮疹消退有效率(95.00%)高于对照组新生儿皮疹消退有效率(55.00%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);观察组的皮疹2~3 d消退率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:洁尔阴洗剂用于治疗新生儿皮疹安全有效且缩短病程,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of Jieeryin lotion on the treatment of neonatal rash.Methods:From April to December 2018,in our hospital,40 newborns born with neonatal rash were divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chlortetracycline eye ointment after bathing in warm water for once a day,and the observation group was treated with Jieeryin lotion mixed with warm water for once a day,to observe the effect and time of the two groups.Results:The retrospective analysis shows that the effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was more efficient than that in the control group(55.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003);the 2~3 days regression rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:Jieeryin lotion is safe and effective in the treatment of neonatal rash,and it is worth popularizing.
