脱毒马铃薯试管苗生长的影响因素及壮苗措施

摘　　要：马铃薯脱毒及种薯生产体系的建立从根本上解决了马铃薯种薯退化的问题,而脱毒马铃薯试管苗的生产快繁是整个体系中极其关键的环节之一。进行脱毒马铃薯试管苗促壮研究,从而培育健壮、优质脱毒试管苗显得尤为重要。本文介绍了培养基配制、光照条件、外源激素等各项因素对脱毒马铃薯试管苗培养的影响,探索了脱毒马铃薯试管苗壮苗的方法,即从培养基制备、选择合适基质及调控环境条件等几个重点环节入手进行分析,以期指导马铃薯生产。The establishment of virus-free and seed potato production system fundamentally solved the problem of potato seed potato degradation,and the production and rapid propagation of virus-free potato tube plantlets is one of the key links in the whole system.It is very important to carry out the research on promoting the growth of virus-free potato tube plantlets,so as to cultivate healthy and high-quality virus-free plantlets.This paper introduced the effects of medium preparation,light conditions,exogenous hormones and other factors on the cultivation of virus-free potato test tube plantlets,and explored the methods of virus-free potato plantlets strengthening,that is,from the preparation of culture medium,the selection of suitable matrix and the regulation of environmental conditions and other key links,in order to guide potato production.
