摘　　要：随着近几年电商服务网络不断健全和覆盖范围逐渐扩大,人们在电子商务平台交易和每日浏览量也在日益激增。这种现象表明物流运输业正处于另一个春天里,他们不断在各个城市、村镇建立服务公司或网点及安排快递员投送,这迅速发展的繁荣背后也隐藏着一些问题。因此,文中主要针对快递物流公司现代物流网络设计展开研究。由于顺丰快递是国内现存的做得较好的快递速运,因其速度快而闻名,也是国内为数不多的几家采用飞机作为主要运输工具来进行日常快递运输服务的公司,受到业内业外好评,所以选定它作为研究参照目标。With the continuous improvement and expansion of e-commerce service network in rec-ent years,people’ s transactions and daily page views on e-commerce platforms are also b-ooming. This phenomenon indicates that the logistics industry is in another spring,and they are c-onstantly setting up service companies or branches and arranging couriers to deliver goods in ev-ery city and village. There are also some problems hidden behind the booming development. Th-erefore,this paper mainly studies the modern logistics network design of express delivery logistic-s companies. SF Express is one of the few domestic companies that use aircraft as the main mean-s of transportation for daily express transportation. It is highly praised by both the industry and t-he outside world. Therefore,SF Express is chosen as the reference target for the research.
