服装退货逆向物流处理中心选址及处理流程研究——以云丰国际物流公司为例

摘　　要：针对云丰国际物流公司服装退货逆向物流业务流程不完备这一现实情况,文中从处理中心这一环节,结合选址的适应性、调节性、经济性、战略性四个原则和其影响因素,通过建立相关数学模型,以总成本最小为目标,得出处理中心的最优选址,使得退货逆向物流的价值实现最大化,对环境的影响达到最小化。在处理中心对退货服装进行处理时,首先通过射频处理技术对退回的服装进行甲、乙、丙分类,接着对不同类型的服装实施不同的处理方案,获取第五利润源,最终实现“绿色+环保+商业价值创造”的目标。In view of the fact that the reverse logistics business process of Yunfeng International Logistics clothing return is incomplete,this article starts from the processing center and combines the four principles of adaptability,adjustment,economy,and strategy of site selection and their influencing factors.By establishing the relevant mathematical model and taking the minimum total cost as the goal,the most optimal location of the processing center is obtained,which maximizes the value of returned logistics and minimizes the impact on the environment.When processing the returned clothing in the processing center,first of all,the returned clothing is classified into A,B,and C by radio frequency processing technology,and then different processing schemes are implemented for different types of clothing to obtain a fifth profit source,and finally achieve“green+environmental protection+business value creation”goal.
