摘　　要：党的十八大以来,在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,党中央高度重视群团工作,大力推进群团工作改革,对工会工作做了新的重要部署,提出了更高的新要求。工会信息工作是工会工作的重要组成部分,是服务各级工会领导了解情况、指导工作、进行决策的一项基础性工作。近年来,在全国总工会及各级工会组织的共同努力下,工会信息工作取得了长足进步,但随着世情、国情、党情、会情,尤其是互联网信息技术的迅猛发展和信息技术的深刻变革,工会信息工作应与时俱进,改革创新,切实发挥好决策支持、服务职工和参谋助手的作用。Since the 18th Party’s Congress,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the work of the mass organizations,vigorously promotes the reform of the work of the mass organizations,and makes new important arrangements and puts forward higher new requirements for the work of the trade unions.Trade union information work is an important part of trade union work,and a basic work to serve leaders at all levels to understand,guide and make decisions.With the joint efforts of the all-China Federation of trade unions and trade union organizations at all levels,trade union information work has made great progress.However,with the continuous changes of the world situation,national conditions,party situation and trade unions’ situation,especially the rapid development of Internet information technology and profound changes in information technology,trade union information work should keep pace with the times,reform and innovation,and effectively do a good job in decision-making support,serving the staff and advice assistant.
