摘  要:采用G95Cr18或G102Cr18Mo马氏体不锈钢制作的自润滑关节轴承内圈虽具有良好的强韧性和耐磨性,但耐蚀性能不足,影响其使用寿命。PH13-8Mo钢是一种新型沉淀硬化型不锈钢,具有高强度和良好的断裂韧度,在海洋环境中耐腐蚀。为探索采用PH13-8Mo钢代替G95Cr18钢制作自润滑关节轴承内圈的可行性,研究了采用这两种钢制作的自润滑关节轴承的承载性能、耐磨性和耐蚀性。结果表明:PH13-8Mo钢轴承的耐蚀性优于G95Cr18钢轴承,虽然其承载性能和耐磨性能略差,但均满足EN2755-2009标准的要求。PH13-8Mo钢可用来替代G95Cr18钢制作自润滑关节轴承的内圈。Inner ring of self-lubricating spherical bearing,made of G95 Cr18 or G102 Cr18 Mo martensitic stainless steel,occupies good strength and toughness,but insufficient corrosion resistance which will have an effect on its service life.PH13-8 Mo steel,a new type of precipitation hardening steel,has high strength and good fracture toughness,and is resistant to corrosion in the marine environment.In order to explore whether the use of PH13-8 Mo steel instead of G95 Cr18 steel to make self-lubricating joint bearing inner ring is feasible,load-bearing capability and resistance to wear and corrosion of self-lubricating spherical bearing made of those two steels were investigated.The results indicate that the PH13-8 Mo steel bearing is superior to the G95 Cr18 steel bearing in corrosion resistance and slightly inferior to the latter in both load-bearing capability and wear resistance which,however,meet the requirements of EN2755-2009 standard.PH13-8 Mo steel may replace G95 Cr18 steel as a material of which inner ring of self-lubricating spherical bearing is made.
