摘　　要：视频会议在远程会商、线上指挥、网络诊治等场景中发挥重要作用,被广泛应用于党政、医疗、教育等行业领域。在视频会议的应用中,会议内容可能涉及国家机密、军事情报、商业秘密及私人信息等,会议数据的安全性尤为重要。分析视频会议系统现状,梳理视频会议音视频加密需求,结合国产自主可控的商用密码算法,设计三重防御、安全可扩展的加密方案,解决视频会议的安全问题。Video conference,for its important role in many scenarios like remote consultations,remote commands and online treatments,is widely applied in a plenty of areas,such as the Party,government,health care,education etc.In the application of video conference,conference content may involve state secrets,military intelligence,business secrets and private information,and the security of conference data is particularly important.On this view,the current situation of video conference system is analyzed,the requirements of video conference audio and video encryption combed,and a triple-defense,secure and scalable encryption scheme combined with domestic independent and controllable commercial cipher algorithm is designed to solve the security problem of video conference.
