摘　　要：电磁式电源总开关具备安装方便和可远距离操控通断等优点,应用前景越来越广泛。国家法规明文规定,道路运输危化品车辆必须强制安装电磁式电源总开关。文章介绍了电磁式电源总开关的结构和工作原理,并依据产品的结构和原理分析引起电磁式电源总开关失效的原因,通过一系列的高低温专项试验,给出解决低温不导通的试验分析和解决办法。The main switch of electromagnetic power supply has the advantages of convenient installation,long-distance operation and on-off,etc.,and it is used more and more widely.Road Transport of explosives and highly toxic chemicals vehicles must be mandatory installation of electromagnetic power master switch.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the main switch of electromagnetic power supply,analyzes the cause of the failure of the main switch of electromagnetic power supply according to the structure and principle of the product,and through a series of high and low temperature special tests,the test analysis and solution of low temperature non-conduction are given.
