摘  要:随着汽车电子技术的不断发展,汽车电控系统故障已成为维修常见问题。文章以北京现代伊兰特轿车为例,详细阐述了怠速阀、喷油器及线路故障导致发动机怠速不稳的检测方法。对怠速阀、喷油器元件及其电路进行故障检测,并用示波器检测喷油器两端和ECU输出的喷油信号波形,通过波形分析诊断故障并给出合理的维修建议。With the continuous development of automotive electronic technology,the failure of automotive electronic control system has become a common problem in maintenance.Taking Beijing Hyundai Elantra car as an example,this paper describes in detail the detection method of engine idle instability caused by idle valve,injector and circuit fault.The idle valve,fuel injector components and their circuits are detected,and the fuel injection signal waveforms at both ends of the fuel injector and ECU output are detected by oscilloscope.The fault is diagnosed by waveform analysis and reasonable maintenance suggestions are given.
