摘　　要：我国汽车企业的新项目数量日益增多,新项目工程开发进度也非常紧凑。在这种情况下,就不会高度重视产品品质,造成在新项目批产后,客户经常反映各种质量问题,进而使企业遭受一笔重大的经济损失。基于此,文章从项目质量管理的基本概念、我国新车试制开发项目质量管理的主要现状、新车开发项目质量控制和管理以及新车开发质量管理的未来前景和展望四个方面进行详细分析,希望可以为有需要的人提供参考意见。The number of new projects of my country's auto companies is increasing,and the progress of new project development is also very tight.Under this circumstance,product quality will not be highly valued.After the batch production of new projects,customers often report various quality problems,which in turn causes the company to suffer a major economic loss.Based on this,this article analyzes the basic concept of project quality management,the main status quo of quality management of new car development projects in my country,the quality control and management of new car development projects,and the future prospects and prospects of new car development quality management.Those in need provide advice.
