摘  要:研究了Ru/Al2O3催化剂中钌含量的测定,考察了溶样方法、测定方法、测定条件的影响。选用750℃过氧化钠熔融,以高锰酸钾和铋酸钠蒸馏分离,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定样品中钌含量。结果表明,方法测定含量范围0.1%~10%,精密度(RSD)为2.0%~2.5%,加标回收率为96.9%~102.8%,可满足实际物料中钌含量测定的要求。The determination of ruthenium content in Ru/Al2 O3 catalyst was studied.The sample dissolving,the determination method and conditions were investigated.The sample is melted by sodium bismuthate and sodium peroxide at 750°C.Ru was distilled and separated from the solution.Concentration of Ru was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).The determination range is 0.1%~10%,with an RSD of 2.0%~2.5%and recoveries of 96.9~102.8%.The methods can meet the requirement of ruthenium content determination for the real materials.
