摘 要:新疆滴水铜矿主要铜矿物为赤铜矿、孔雀石和硅孔雀石。本文通过氧化铜矿物硫化反应自由能变计算、滴水铜矿硫化浮选试验、不同浮选时间段粗精矿的XRD分析,以及原矿、赤铜矿、孔雀石和硅孔雀石的浮选速率计算,考察赤铜矿、孔雀石和硅孔雀石的硫化浮选行为。浮选试验和XRD分析结果表明:滴水铜矿、赤铜矿、孔雀石和硅孔雀石的粗选回收率分别为71.91%、61.48%、92.90%和86.22%;浮选速率计算结果表明滴水铜矿石、赤铜矿、孔雀石和硅孔雀石的浮选速率常数k分别为0.152、0.104、0.284、0.210。滴水铜矿所含铜矿物以赤铜矿为主,赤铜矿难硫化、难浮选是造成滴水铜矿浮选回收率低的主要原因。The main copper minerals of XinJiang DiShui copper mine are cuprite,malachite and chrysocolla.Sulphidization flotation characteristics of copper oxide minerals were studied by free energy calculation of sulfurization reaction of copper oxide minerals,sulphidization flotataion expeiriments,XRD analysis of rough concentrate in different flotation periods and flotation rate calculation of copper ore,cuprite,malachite and chrysocolla.The results of flotation test and XRD analysis show that the rough recovery of copper ore,cuprite,malachite and chrysocolla are 71.91%、61.48%、92.90% and 86.22%,respectively.The flotation rate constants k of copper ore,cuprite,malachite and chrysocolla are 0.152,0.104,0.284 and 0.210.Cuprite is the main oxide copper mineral in DiShui copper ore,and the reason for the low flotation recovery of DiShui copper ore is that cuprite is the most difficult oxide copper mineral to sulfide and flotation.
