摘  要:为解决山东金玺泰矿业有限公司干堆后微细粒尾矿的处理问题,设计三段深度浓缩工艺,并根据工艺特点对传统旋流器进料体、柱段和锥角等进行优化改进。通过单因素(压力P)试验对比改进后旋流器的浓缩能力和净化能力。试验结果表明:改进后旋流器Smax100/PU-K和Smax75/PU-WY的浓缩性能和净化能力有了明显的提升,工业机型SPWK-650现场试验指标达到充填浓度≥68%,回水浓度≤2%,满足现场生产要求。In order to solve the problem of treating fine tailings after dry heap in Shandong Jinxitai Mining Co.,Ltd.,a three-stage deep concentration process was designed.According to the process characteristics,the feed body,column section and cone Angle of the traditional cyclone were optimized and improved.The concentration capacity and purification capacity of the improved cyclone were compared by single factor(pressure P)test.The test results show that the concentration performance and purification capacity of the improved cyclones Smax100/PU-K and Smax75/PU-WY have been significantly improved.The field test index of the industrial model SPWK-650 has reached the filling concentration 68%and the backwater concentration 2%,meeting the requirements of field production.
