摘  要:为了量化模块化多电平换流器的子模块的寿命并探明制约其寿命的薄弱环节,提出了一种压接式子模块寿命预测方法。该方法解析子模块电流,分析了换流桥臂散热路径,并通过热电比拟建立等效热网络模型;结合热网络将换流器任务剖面映射为结温波动曲线;运用雨流计数法统计温度循环信息,结合线性累计损伤理论和寿命模型预测压接式子模块的寿命。最后,搭建柔性直流输电系统验证了所提出的子模块寿命预测模型的有效性,并分析了冷却水流速和散热系统等效热阻对寿命的影响。In order to quantify the life of the sub-modules of the modular multilevel converter and find out the weak links that restrict its life,a press-pack sub-module life prediction method is proposed.The sub-module current and the heat dissipation path of the converter bridge arm are analyzed,and the equivalent thermal network model is established through thermoelectric comparison.Combined with the thermal network,the mission proficle of the converter is mapped to the junction temperature fluctuation curve.The rainflow counting method is used to count the temperature cycle information,and the linear cumulative damage theory and the life model are combined to predict the life of the press-pack sub-module.Finally,a flexible DC transmission system is built to verify the validity of the proposed sub-module life prediction model,and the impact of cooling water flow rate and equivalent thermal resistance of the cooling system on life is analyzed.
