线上与线下互补式教学模式在生理学教学中的应用

摘　　要：生理学是一门重要的医学基础课程,如何提高教学质量是教育者一直追求的目标。在新形势下,如何将线上和线下教学有机结合起来,弥补各自的劣势,使各自的长处得以充分发挥是文章主要探讨的问题。通过教学实践过程的真实体验,总结出线上教学的优点:教学资源的高度整合、随时随地的反复学习模式、教学过程监管的网络化和数据化等;同时线上教学也有一定的劣势:互动交流有限、学生的自律性不足以及网络资源亟待优化等。如果能充分发挥线上教学和线下传统教学的优势,同时结合线下传统教学的优势,那么生理学未来的教学必然会出现一个较大的飞跃和提升。Physiology is an important basic course of medicine.Under the new situation,how to combine online and offline teaching,make up for their respective disadvantages and develop their respective advantages is the main issue discussed in this paper.Despite the drawbacks like limited interaction,lack of self-discipline and need for better resources,the teaching practice showed distinct advantages of online teaching:the high integration of teaching resources,the repeatable learning mode at any time and anywhere,the networking and datamation of teaching supervision,etc.If the advantages can be fully developed,combined with the advantages of traditional teaching,the teaching of physiology will inevitably experience a giant leap and great promotion in the future.
