摘 要:本文采用专家访谈法、文献资料法,以上海市为例,了解上海市健身休闲产业特点和困境,并提出优化对策。这对于上海市以及更大范围内健身休闲产业的发展有着理论借鉴价值,对上海市健身休闲产业结构模式的构建和完善、健身休闲产业发展方向的指导以及相关专项政策的制定等有着一定的参考作用。虽然上海城市化水平高,健身休闲产业基础好;全民健身氛围浓,健身休闲产业发展的空间大,但是土地余量少,健身休闲场馆运营成本太高;健身休闲场地设施供给不足,中高端需求短缺;健身休闲产业产值占比小,健身休闲消费水平滞后等制约了健身休闲产业的发展。因此,需要盘活现有存量土地资源以增加新空间;鼓励建立小型健身工作室、便捷式健身房降低土地成本和税收成本;推进智慧化发展,激发健身休闲产业活力;细分市场需求,激发健身休闲消费热情;培养市民现场观赛习惯,拓宽赛事消费新空间等。This paper uses the methods of expert interview and documentation to understand the characteristics and predicament of fit-ness and leisure industry in Shanghai,and puts forward optimizing countermeasures.It has important theoretical reference value for the development of fitness and leisure industry in Shanghai and in a wider scope,and also for the construction of fitness and Leisure Industrial structure model in Shanghai.It plays an important guiding role in perfecting,guiding the development direction of fitness and leisure industry and formulating relevant special policies.Although Shanghai has a high level of urbanization and a good founda-tion of fitness and leisure industry,a strong national fitness atmosphere and a large space for the development of fitness and leisure industry,there are few land reserves and too high operating costs of fitness and leisure venues;insufficient supply of fitness and leisure venues and facilities,shortage of high-end demand;small proportion of fitness and leisure industry output value,fitness and rest The lagging level of leisure consumption restricts the development of fitness and leisure industry.Therefore,we need to revitalize the existing stock of land resources and increase new space;encourage the establishment of small fitness studios,convenient gymnasi-ums to reduce land costs and tax costs;promote intelligent development to stimulate the vitality of fitness and leisure industry;subdi-vide market demand to stimulate the enthusiasm of fitness and leisure consumption;and cultivate citizens'on-site watching habits.Widening the new space of competition consumption,etc.
