摘　　要：模块化建造的发展为大件设备运输市场引进了SPMT,但随着模块化建造的多样化发展,一些质量大但是进车空间受限的模块对SPMT提出三纵列的使用要求;同时一些体积大质量小但进车空间宽裕的模块对SPMT分体式技术提出要求,为此引进了分体式Split-SPMT,其既可实现三纵列的需求,也可实现分体式承载的要求。文中简述了Split-SPMT的自由度和支撑方式,通过对三纵列正三点支撑和侧三点支撑时车组的平衡调整能力以及稳定性分析,得到Split-SPMT在大件运输过程中三纵列的使用特点,并通过实际工程项目进行验证。With the development of modular construction,SPMT has appeared in the transportation market of large equipment.However,with the diversified development of modular construction,some modules with large quality but limited entrance space have put forward the requirements of SPMT in three columns;at the same time,some modules with large volume,small mass and ample entrance space put forward split SPMT technical requirements.Therefore,this paper introduces Split-SPMT,which can not only meet the requirements of three columns,but also meet the requirements of separate bearing.In this paper,the degree of freedom and support mode of Split-SPMT are briefly described.By analyzing the balance adjustment ability and stability of the vehicle fleet under three columns three-point support on the front side and three-point support on one side,the use characteristics of Split-SPMT in the transportation of large pieces are found,and these characteristics are verified in practical engineering projects.
