摘　　要：创新轨道接头维修工艺,解决了定位车轨道现场切割45°斜角的难题。采用新工艺,不需要拆卸轨道,现场就可以切割轨道,省去了多次吊装、运输12.5m超长轨道的步骤,大大降低了轨道切割的维修时间、维修费用以及维修风险。新工艺维修费用低,维修风险小,应用范围广,有一定推广价值。The innovative track joint maintenance technology has solved the difficult problem of cutting the track of positioning vehicles at an oblique angle of 45 degree on site.By adopting this new technology,the track can be cut on site without disassembly,which saves multiple hoisting and transportation of 12.5 meters extra-long track,and greatly reduces the maintenance time,maintenance cost and maintenance risk of track cutting.This innovative process is low in maintenance cost and risk as well as wide in application range and has a certain of popularization value.
