摘 要:大量研究表明环境友好型的氨基酸类物质因富含氮、氧、磷、硫等杂原子或不饱和结构而具备缓蚀性能。为了研究富含氨基酸结构的植物蛋白对盐酸溶液中碳钢的缓蚀性能,开拓氨基酸类缓蚀剂新的获取方式,本文将绿豆提取物(ME)作为研究对象,采用失重法、电化学方法、扫描电镜及EDAX能谱等方法研究了ME对盐酸溶液中A3钢的缓蚀性能及机理。ME的缓蚀性能较好,缓蚀效率在90%以上,为混合型缓蚀剂。A lot of research showed environmentally friendly amino acids containing nitrogen,oxygen,sulfur atoms,and multiple bonds in the molecules were the effective corrosion inhibitors.In order to study the corrosion inhibition of carbon steel in hydrochloric acid solution by plant protein rich in amino acid structure and develop a new way to obtain amino acid inhibitor,the corrosion inhibition properties of mung extract(ME)for A3 steel corrosion in HCl medium were investigated by weight-loss method,electrochemical method,scanning electron microscopy and EDAX energy spectrum method.Me shows good corrosion inhibition performance and the efficiency is above 90%.ME is mix-type corrosion inhibitors.
