摘  要:某电厂除盐水生产系统水箱保温层下及底板均存在腐蚀问题,通过对其腐蚀问题进行分析,发现保温水箱易与保温棉材料、底板间隙存留的水分形成腐蚀电池,造成保温水箱腐蚀。针对该类腐蚀问题,提出保温材料选取、防腐涂料与施工工艺优化、防水层与密封材料铺设等建议,来有效缓解该类问题的发生。The water tank of desalted water production system in a power plant has the problem about corrosion under insulation and bottom plate corrosion.Through the analysis of its corrosion problems,it is found that the thermal insulation water tank is easy to form corrosion cell with the water retained in the thermal insulation cotton material and the bottom plate gap,resulting in the corrosion of the thermal insulation water tank.For these corrosion problems,some countermeasures are given,such as the selection of thermal insulation materials,the optimization of anticorrosive coating and coating construction process,the laying of waterproof layer and sealing materials,to effectively alleviate this kind of corrosion problem.
