肘杆式高速压力机主运动机构的多目标优化设计

摘  要:将肘杆式高速压力机的主运动机构分解为2个封闭连杆机构,运用解析法分析执行机构的运动特性参数,以便机构的优化设计。对比主运动机构的传统图解法和优化设计的肘杆式压力机结果,总尺寸L减小38.19%,尺寸明显减小;最小传动角Υmin增大21.10%和最大压力角αmax减小165.42%,传力性能明显增强;速度波动δv减小55.56%,振动明显减小,平稳性较好。结果表明:肘杆式高速压力机主运动机构的尺寸、最小传动角、速度波动明显优化,机器体积减小、工件加工质量提高、机床寿命提高,具有较好的应用价值。Main motion mechanism of elbow high-speed press was decomposed into two closed linkages and analytic method was used to analyze motion characteristic parameters of actuator in this study.The results of traditional graphical methods were compared with optimized designs.Overall size L decreases 38.19%,so size reduced significantly.Minimum transmission angleΥmin increases 21.10%and maximum pressure angleαmax decreases 165.42%,so force transmission performance is obviously enhanced.Speed fluctuationδv is reduced 55.56%,vibration is obviously reduced,so stability is better.This showed that overall size,minimum transmission angle and speed fluctuation are optimized obviously,so machine volume reduction,components quality up and machine tool life improvement.Hence,optimization design of elbow high-speed press have obvious effects and good application value.
