摘　　要：在分析系统功能需求的基础上,设计了自助快餐售货机控制系统,硬件选择西门子S7-1200 PLC和TP1200触摸屏,并完成PLC程序和WinnCC组态画面的编写。基于PROFINET和PROFIBUS网络的实物组态连接,进行在线联机系统程序功能测试,测试结果验证了系统功能稳定有效。本设计操作界面友好、系统设计便捷、后期维护方便,将PLC与触摸屏等工控产品的组合应用于民用领域的探索,并基于仿真测试,可节约产品开发成本,缩短开发周期,具有一定的可行性。Based on the analysis of the system functions,the control system of self-service fast food vending machine was designed in this study,and the hardware selection design based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC and TP1200 touch screen has been completed.The system configuration and control software compilation was completed,and the system function test in WinCC software was conducted.Based on the physical configuration connection of PROFINET and PROFIBUS network,the system program function test was carried out,and the test results verify the system function.This design have friendly operation interface,convenient system design and convenient maintenance.The combination of industrial control products such as PLC and touch screen was explored in the civil field.Based on the simulation test,the product development cost can be saved and the development cycle can be shortened,which is feasible.
