摘  要:面对航天型号高密度发射任务和产业化转型需求,为解决航天型号在研制、生产、管理以及产品结构等方面存在的不足,有效缩短产品研制周期,又好又快地完成研制任务,全面推进产品化工作势在必行。航天产品化工作聚焦制定产品型谱、统一技术状态、提升产品成熟度、完善产品数据包4项工作,构建种类齐全、结构合理、长寿命高可靠的货架式航天产品体系。在此基础上,建立“基于成熟产品选用的型号快速集成”的研制模式,简化型号研制流程,减少重复研制,节省时间和经费,推动科研生产模式从型号驱动向型号与产品驱动并重转变。目前,产品化成果已应用于航天领域多个方面,为实现“高质量保证成功、高效率完成任务、高效益推动航天强国和国防建设”奠定坚实基础。Facing with the high-density launch missions as well as the industrialization transformation demands,it is necessary to fully implement the aerospace product engineering in order to overcome the aerospace models'deficiencies in the field of developing,producing,managing,product-constructing,etc,reduce the developing time as well as reach the goals with a high speed and quality.This work is mainly focus on the following 4 issues,including product spectrum designing,configuration unification,product maturity promoting,product data packet improving,which aim at creating a diversified,reasonable,long-lifetime and high-reliability aerospace product system.On this basis,creating a"maturity-product-selection-based system high-speed integrated pattern"can simplify the aerospace model developing process,avoid iterative developing and save both money and time and help the model-drive pattern change into the model-product-drive pattern.So far,the achievements of the aerospace product engineering have been applied into many areas,which laid a solid foundation to the goal of"guarantee success in a high quality,finish mission in a high efficiency,promote both space power and national defense construction in a high effectiveness".
