摘　　要：墙板翻转装置是墙板生产线的主要设备之一,在设备制造过程中对液压同步系统进行分析优化,并针对调试中发现的翻转失速及振动噪音问题,提出改进方案,最终提升了设备的稳定性及可靠性。The wallboard turning-over device is one of the main equipments in the wallboard production line.In the process of equipment manufacturing,we analyze and optimize the hydraulic synchronous system.In order to solve the problem of turning-over speed reduction,vibration and noise in debugging,we promote improvement program and improve the stability and reliability of the equipment.
