摘　　要：该文应用寿命周期理论,对影响浮法玻璃熔窑寿命周期的因素进行了分析,从浮法玻璃熔窑设计、砌筑、烤窑、日常使用及维护等方面提出了有针对性的建议。并以国内某设计窑龄八年的浮法玻璃熔窑为例,分享了浮法玻璃熔窑在初始期、成熟期、稳定期以及衰退期的使用管理经验。Based on the life cycle theory,the factors affecting the life cycle of float glass furnace are analyzed,and some targeted suggestions are put forward from design,masonry,heating-up,daily use and maintenance of float glass furnace.Taking a float glass furnace designed in China for 8 years campaign as an example,the management experience of float glass furnace in its initial,mature,stable and declining stages is shared.
