鼻腔填塞联合低温等离子刀止血治疗鼻出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察传统鼻腔填塞联合低温等离子刀止血治疗鼻出血的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月南宁市第二人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的252例鼻出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组126例,观察组采用鼻腔填塞联合低温等离子刀止血治疗,对照组则采用传统的鼻腔填塞止血。观察对比两组治疗第2天、第3天和第4天拔除鼻腔填塞物后有无再次出血。结果治疗第2天后拔除鼻腔填塞物,观察组13例(10.32%)再次出血,对照组34例(26.98%)再次出血;治疗第3天后拔除鼻腔填塞物,观察组出血患者6例(4.76%),对照组25例(19.84%);治疗第4天后拔除填塞物,观察组1例(0.79%)出血,对照组有12例(9.52%)。结论鼻腔填塞联合低温等离子刀止血疗效较传统鼻腔填塞明显提高。Objective To observe the efficacy of traditional nasal stuffing combined with hypothermic plasma knife to stop bleeding in the treatment of epistaxis.Methods Totally 252 patients with nosebleeds who were admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Nanning Second People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,each group had 126 cases.Nasal stuffing combined with low-temperature plasma knife hemostasis treatment,while the control group used traditional nasal stuffing to stop bleeding.The re-bleeding after removing the nasal stuffing for 2,3,and 4 days of treatment were observed and compared between groups.Results After 2 days of treatment,nasal tamponade was removed,in the observation group,13 cases(10.32%)were bleeding again,and in the control group 34 cases(26.98%)were bleeding again.After 3 days of treatment,the nasal cavity tamponade was removed,and in the observation group,6 cases(4.76%)were bleeding.in the control group,25 cases(19.84%).After 4 days of treatment,1 case(0.79%)in the observation group and 12 cases(9.52%)in the control group were bleeding again.Conclusion Nasal packing combined with low-temperature plasma knife has a significantly better hemostatic effect than traditional nasal packing.The combined treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
