摘　　要：在对比借鉴二高线冷镦钢的生产经验上,一高线利用现有设备通过孔型优化及导卫结构优化,完成SWRCH22A冷镦盘条开发的工艺实践,且实现热装生产。其生产的SWRCH22A冷镦盘条金相组织及力学性能稳定,表面质量良好,满足用户要求。Compared with the cold heading wire production experience of the second High Speeding Wire Rod Rolling Plant,the first line by using the existing equipment has completed the development of SWRCH22A cold heading wire rod and realized the hot assembly production.production.The microstructure and mechanical properties of SWRCH22A cold heading wire rod are stable,and the surface quality is good,as well as satisfies user's requirements.
