摘　　要：目的:探讨鲑鱼降钙素联合阿仑膦酸钠对老年性骨质疏松(OP)患者血清1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25-(OH)2D3]、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平及骨密度的影响。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年4月于本院治疗的老年性OP患者82例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组进行阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用鲑鱼降钙素治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清1,25-(OH)2D3、PTH、骨密度、疼痛程度及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组1,25-(OH)2D3高于对照组,而PTH低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组股骨颈、L1~4及总髋部骨密度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鲑鱼降钙素联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性OP患者有助于调节血清1,25-(OH)2D3、PTH水平,可改善疼痛症状及骨密度,且安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of Salmon Calcitonin combined with Sodium Alendronate on serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[1,25-(OH)2D3],parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels and bone mineral density in patients with senile osteoporosis (OP).Method:A total of 82 patients with senile OP treated in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Sodium Alendronate,and the observation group was treated with Salmon Calcitonin on the basis of the control group.Serum 1,25-(OH)2D3,PTH,bone density,pain degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,1,25-(OH)2D3 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while PTH was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,bone density of femoral neck,L1-4 and total hip in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,visual analogue score (VAS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Salmon Calcitonin combined with Sodium Alendronate in the treatment of in patients with senile OP is helpful to regulate the serum levels of 1,25-(OH)2D3 and PTH,improve the pain symptoms and bone density,which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
