PAPP-A、sVCAM-1、sICAM-1及VEGF在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的表达变化研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清相关蛋白(PAPP-A)、可溶性血管黏附分子1(sVCAM-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)患者中的表达变化。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年10月本院的46例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为试验组,同时期的46例健康孕妇作为对照组。比较两组的血清PAPP-A、sVCAM-1、sICAM-1及VEGF水平,并比较试验组中不同严重程度及临床疗效者的检测水平,同时采用Spearman秩相关分析处理上述血清指标与妊娠期高血压疾病严重程度的关系。结果:试验组的血清PAPP-A、sVCAM-1及sICAM-1水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清VEGF显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组中不同严重程度及临床疗效者的检测水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,血清PAPP-A、sVCAM-1及sICAM-1与妊娠期高血压疾病严重程度呈正相关,血清VEGF与妊娠期高血压疾病呈负相关。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者的血清PAPP-A、sVCAM-1、sICAM-1及VEGF呈现异常表达,且与疾病严重程度密切相关,对于疾病的疗效具有一定检测意义。Objective:To investigate the expression change of PAPP-A (pregnancy associated plasmaprotein A),sVCAM-1 (soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1),sICAM-1 (soluble Intel cellular adhesion molecule-1) and VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) of patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP).Method:A total of 46 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 46 healthy pregnant women at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the levels of serum PAPP-A,sVCAM-1,sICAM-1 and VEGF of two groups were compared,the detection levels of experimental group with different severity and clinical effect were compared,then the relationship between those serum indexes and severity of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The serum PAPP-A,sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05),the VEGF was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The detection levels of experimental group with different severity and clinical effect were compared,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the serum PAPP-A,sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 were positively correlated with the severity of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,the serum VEGF was negatively correlated with the severity of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Conclusion:The serum PAPP-A,sVCAM-1,sICAM-1 and VEGF of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy show abnormal expression,they are close to the severity of disease,and they have certain detection significance for the effect of disease.
