身痛逐瘀汤联合水针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨身痛逐瘀汤联合水针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年1月在本院接受治疗的80例LDH患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组采用美洛昔康分散片联合电针治疗,观察组采用身痛逐瘀汤联合水针刀治疗。比较两组治疗前后的MMP-3和IL-1β水平、中医症状评分、VAS和JOA评分以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的MMP-3、IL-1β、中医症状评分和VAS均低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.5%高于对照组72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤联合水针刀治疗LDH患者疗效显著,能有效地抑制炎症反应,缓解患者疼痛症状,促进其腰部功能恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with water needleknife on lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 80 patients with LDH who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Meloxicam Dispersing Tablets combined with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with water needleknife.MMP-3 and IL-1β levels,TCM symptom scores,VAS,JOA scores,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,MMP-3,IL-1β,TCM symptom scores and VAS in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group 92.5% was higher than that in the control group 72.5%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with water needleknife is a significant effect on LDH patients,which can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response,relieve the pain symptoms of patients,and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
