心血管护理小组质控体系的构建与院内辐射作用的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨心血管护理小组质控体系的构建及其院内辐射作用。方法:选取2018年3-5月(心血管护理小组质控体系构建前)164名护士及2018年7-9月(心血管护理小组质控体系构建后)195例护士作为研究对象。比较构建前后临床护士的常见异常心电图的识别正确率、心电监护仪常用参数调节正确率、心电图采集身份查对达标率、心电图导联定位准确率、心电图机操作流程合格率、心电图采集患者隐私保护率、除颤仪使用合格率及除颤仪质检合格率。结果:构建前,临床护士的常见异常心电图的识别正确率(26.83%)、心电监护仪常用参数调节正确率(47.56%)、心电图采集身份查对达标率(31.71%)、心电图导联定位准确率(53.66%)、心电图机操作流程合格率(57.32%)、心电图采集患者隐私保护率(60.98%)、除颤仪使用合格率(73.17%)及除颤仪质检合格率(78.66%)均低于构建后的59.49%、82.05%、96.92%、91.79%、95.38%、99.49%、97.95%、98.97%(P<0.05)。结论:心血管护理小组质控体系的构建具有显著性的院内辐射作用,能够有效提高心电检查的准确率与操作合格率,相关领域值得广泛推广与应用。Objective:To explore the construction of quality control system of cardiovascular care group and its radiation effect in hospital.Method:A total of 164 nurses from March to May 2018 (before the construction of the quality control system of the cardiovascular care group) and 195 nurses from July to September 2018 (after the construction of the quality control system of the cardiovascular care group) were selected as the research objects.The recognition accuracy rate of common abnormal ECG,the adjustment accuracy rate of common parameters of ECG monitor,the compliance rate of ECG acquisition identity check,the accuracy rate of ECG lead positioning,the qualified rate of ECG machine operation process,the privacy protection rate of ECG acquisition patients,the qualified rate of defibrillator use and the qualification rate of defibrillator quality inspection before and after the construction were compared.Result:Before construction,the recognition accuracy rate of common abnormal ECG (26.83%),the adjustment accuracy rate of common parameters of ECG monitor (47.56%),the compliance rate of ECG acquisition identity check (31.71%),the accuracy rate of ECG lead positioning (53.66%),the qualified rate of ECG machine operation process (57.32%),the privacy protection rate of ECG acquisition patients (60.98%),the use of defibrillator the qualified rate (73.17%) and the qualification rate of defibrillator quality inspection (78.66%) were lower than 59.49%,82.05%,96.92%,91.79%,95.38%,99.49%,97.95%,98.97% after construction (P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of quality control system of cardiovascular care group has significant radiation effect in hospital,which can effectively improve the accuracy of ECG examination and the qualified rate of operation,and the related field is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
