摘  要:离合制动器是机械压力机主传动系统重要的组成部分。对于大、重型机械压力机的主传动系统,需要设计具有大传动扭矩、制动扭矩和高可靠性的超大型离合制动器。本文介绍了一种超大型干式摩擦离合制动器的设计过程,包括结构设计、气动控制回路设计、温升控制方法。并介绍了一种针对超大扭矩制动器温升检测与实时调控技术方案,从而提高了制动器的使用寿命。实际应用表明,本文介绍的离合制动器能有效满足重型压力机的要求,对于重型设备的发展具有重要意义。The clutch brake is an important part of the main drive system of a mechanical press.For the main drive system of large and heavy mechanical presses,it is necessary to design an ultra-large clutch brake with large transmission torque,braking torque and high reliability.The design process of a super large dry friction clutch brake has been introduced in the text,including structure design,pneumatic control circuit design,and temperature rise control method.A technical solution for temperature rise detection and real-time regulation of super-torque brakes has been expounded,thereby increasing the service life of the brakes.The practical application shows that the clutch brake introduced in the text can effectively meet the requirements of heavy press,which is of great significance to the development of heavy equipment.
