摘 要:在小型伺服压力机的设计中,不仅要优化传动系统的设计,还要将传动系统和电动机相匹配。因此,伺服电机的选型,对于压力机的性能发挥也是至关重要的。除了转速及转矩等主要参考数据外,曲轴处的等效惯量也是十分重要的参考数据。在曲柄滑块机构中,对于等效惯量有着不同的计算方法[1]。本文将针对于某小型伺服压力机传动系统中的多连杆机构,利用ADAMS计算出曲轴上的转速、转矩和等效惯量,为电动机与减速器的选型提供依据。In the design of small servo press,it is not only necessary to optimize the design of the transmission system,but also to match the transmission system and the motor.Therefore,the selection of the servo motor is also very important for the performance of the press.In addition to the main reference data such as speed and torque,the equivalent inertia at the crankshaft is also very important reference data.In the crank slider mechanism,there are different calculation methods for the equivalent inertia[1].In the text,aiming at the multi-link mechanism in the transmission system of a small servo press,ADAMS has been adopted to calculate the speed,torque and equivalent inertia on the crankshaft,which provides a basis for the selection of motors and reducers.
