摘 要:通过使用有限元分析的方法,对设计完成的机械手连接件零件进行静应力分析。以此为依据开展零件的结构优化和改进,在不影响其使用性能的情况下减轻其质量,降低零件的生产成本。同时,为保证优化后零件的性能,再次对该零件进行强度分析以验证优化结果。结果表明,采用有限元优化的方法能够在不影响其使用性能前提下有效降低零件质量,降低了设备的研发成本,也为后续该款设备的设计研发奠定了一定的理论与实践基础。Through the use of finite element analysis,the static stress analysis of the designed manipulator connector parts has been carried out.Based on this,the structural optimization and improvement of the parts have been carried out,and the quality of the parts has been reduced without affecting the performance and the production cost of the parts.At the same time,in order to ensure the performance of the optimized part,the strength analysis of the part has been performed again to verify the optimized result.The results show that the use of finite element optimization method can effectively reduce the quality of parts without affecting its performance,reduce the cost of equipment research and development,and lay a certain theoretical and practical foundation for the subsequent design and development of this equipment.
