摘 要:本文针对精密测量相机在锻造现场受振动较大、影响测量精度和容易损坏相机等问题,对相机机架做有限元模态分析,分析相机机架前六阶固有频率和振型,探求影响较大的振动原因。根据模态分析结果及现场实地测试发现的问题,提出改进相机机架结构的措施,再做有限元模态分析和现场实地测试验证。经验证,改进措施可以有效减少振动,为后续进一步研究相机仪器防振提供一定的参考价值。The precision measurement camera has large vibration at the forging site,affecting the measurement accuracy and easily damage the camera.The finite element modal analysis of the camera frame has been carried out,and the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the camera frame have been analyzed.The cause of vibration that has a greater impact has been searched.According to the modal analysis results and the problems found in the field test,the measures which improve the structure of the camera frame have been proposed,followed by finite element modal analysis and field test verification.It has been verified that the improved measures can effectively reduce the vibration,which provides a certain reference value for the subsequent further research on the anti-vibration of camera instruments.
