摘　　要：在工厂智能化越来越先进的今天,越来越多的企业需要对生产车间各种设备的工作状态进行远程监控,并希望对这些设备进行简单的控制。此时开发出一套具备生产现场监控及生产过程控制的系统就显得尤为重要。本文介绍通过组态王软件与欧姆龙CJ2M-CPU33型PLC的通讯,实现对冲压车间冲床产量的实时监控以及对冲床的远程启停控制等功能。通过硬件及软件的测试验证了系统的可行性。With more and more advanced factory intelligence status,more and more companies need to remotely monitor the working status of various equipment in the production workshop,and hope to carry out some simple control of these equipment.At this time,it is particularly important to develop a system to help companies realize the monitoring of the production site and the control of the production process.The com munication between Kingview software and Omron CJ2 M-CPU33 PLC has been introduced in the text to realize the real-time monitoring of punch press output in the press shop and the remote start and stop functions of the punch press.The feasibility of the system has been verified through hardware and software testing.
