摘　　要：CAXA制造工程师简单的模块操作功能使其在制造环境建模方便快捷,在国内企业和国内的数控技能大赛中应用广泛,是初学者学习CAD/CAM软件的最好的入门课程。但是制造环境中的制造数据模型转化为2D工程图是困扰操作者的难题。通过对CAXA制造工程师2016版3D设计环境、图纸、制造三个模块数据接口的分析和工程图转化的研究,提出了一种在制造模块中新建或修改的3D数据模型通过数据接口转化为2D工程图的过程。对从事应用该软件的数控编程人员出具工艺图纸具有借鉴和指导价值。The simple module operation function of Caxa manufacturing engineers makes it convenient and quick to model the manufacturing environment.It is also widely used in domestic enterprises and domestic CNC skill competitions.It is the best introductory course for beginners to learn CAD/CAM software.However,the conversion of manufacturing data models in the manufacturing environment into 2D engineering drawings is a problem which plagues operators.By analyzing the data interfaces of the three modules of Caxa Manufacturing Engineers 20163D design environment,drawings,and manufacturing,as well as researching the transformation of engineering drawings,a new or modified 3D data model in the manufacturing module has been converted into a 2D project through the data interface.It has reference and guidance value for the numerical control programmers who are engaged in the application of the software to issue process drawings.
