二甲双胍联合避孕药对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及代谢激素的影响

摘　　要：目的探究二甲双胍联合避孕药对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及代谢激素的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年1月在本院接受多囊卵巢综合征治疗的女性患者100例,以随机对照原则分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用复方醋酸环丙孕酮片治疗;观察组采用二甲双胍联合复方醋酸环丙孕酮片治疗。治疗3个月后,对比两组患者的疗效、性激素。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(82.00%),空腹血糖(FBS)、甘油三酯(TG)、胰岛素(FIN)、睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)低于对照组,且性激素结合蛋白(SHBG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)比较差异无统计学意义。结论二甲双胍联合避孕药能够有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征,改善患者性激素及代谢激素水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with contraceptives on sex hormones and metabolic hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 100 female patients who were treated for polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group based on the principle of randomized control.The control group was treated with compound cyproterone acetate tablets.The observation group was treated with metformin combined with compound cyproterone acetate tablets.After 3 months of treatment,the efficacy and sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),fasting blood glucose(FBS),triglycerides(TG),insulin(FIN),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteal body(LH)was lower than the control group,and sex hormone binding protein(SHBG)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)was not statistically significant between two groups.Conclusion Metformin combined with contraceptives can effectively treat polycystic ovary syndrome and improve the levels of sex hormones and metabolic hormones in patients,it is worthy of promotion.
