滋肾解毒通络法治疗男性免疫性不育症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾解毒通络法应用于男性免疫性不育症的临床疗效。方法选择2014年10月至2018年10月本院收治的男性免疫性不孕患者60例,根据盲抽法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组加服六味地黄汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、精子活动率、抗精子抗体(AsAb)阳性率。结果治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(60.00%),且观察组精子活动率高于对照组,AsAb阳性率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾解毒通络法应用于男性免疫性不育症的治疗效果确切,可提高精子质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen jiedu Tongluo on male immune infertility.Methods 60 cases of male immune infertility admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2018 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to blind pumping method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets.The observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang decoction.The clinical efficacy,sperm motility rate,anti-sperm antibody(AsAb)positive rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(60.00%),The activity rate of sperm in observation group was high.The positive rate of AsAb in the control group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of nourishing kidney and detoxifying collaterals can improve the quality of sperm.
