摘  要:以385/65R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎为例,采用有限元分析软件研究内轮廓曲线设计对轮胎接地印痕的影响。结果表明,通过调整轮胎内轮廓曲线参数设计值可以改变轮胎的接地印痕形状和接地压力分布,可为优化轮胎内轮廓曲线设计和改善轮胎耐磨性能等提供参考。Taking 385/65 R22.5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire as an example,the influence of inner contour curve design on tire footprint was studied by using finite element analysis software.The results showed that by adjusting the design values of tire inner contour curve parameters,the footprint shape and contact pressure distribution of the tire could be monitored,which provided reference for the design optimization of tire inner contour curve and improvement of tire performance such as wear resistance.
