摘  要:分析半钢子午线轮胎胎圈护胶打褶的原因并提出相应的解决措施。半成品胎圈护胶形状不良、胎侧挤出尺寸异常、胎侧位置和厚度不合理、三角胶与反包胎体帘布间不实和胎圈处材料过渡不良等均会造成胎圈护胶打褶。通过合理选取工艺参数、加强工艺管理、严格执行技术标准、优化结构设计等措施,可有效避免胎圈护胶打褶,从而提高轮胎的使用性能。The causes on bead chafer compound fold of steel-belted radial tire were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.The poor shape of semi-finished bead chafer compound,abnormal sidewall extrusion size,unreasonable sidewall position and thickness,improper gap between apex and turn-up carcass cord,and poor material transition at the bead would cause bead chafer compound fold.Measures such as reasonable selection of process parameters,strengthening of process management,strict implementation of technical standards,optimization of structure design could effectively avoid folding problems of the bead rubber,thereby improving the performance of the tire.
