摘 要:稀土掺杂锡酸盐是一类发光效率优良的发光材料,具有优异的物理和化学稳定性以及发光和余辉性能。本文综述了稀土掺杂锡酸盐常见的合成方法,合成过程中温度、pH、稀土掺杂量对锡酸盐体系物相结构和发光性能的影响;并概括了其长余辉材料的发光机理;以发光颜色进行分类,归纳了近十余年国内外稀土掺杂锡酸盐长余辉发光材料的研究进展,对未来发展趋势进行了展望。Rare earth doped stannate is a kind of luminescent material with excellent luminous efficiency,which has remarkable property including physical and chemical stability,luminescence as well as afterglow property.In this paper,the common synthesis methods of rare earth doped Stannate and the effects of synthesis temperature,pH and rare earth doping amount on the phase structure and luminescent properties were reviewed,while the luminescence mechanism of long-lasting luminescence materials was summarized.According to the classification of luminous color,the research progress of rare earth doped stannate long afterglow luminescent materials in the domestic and overseas was summarized in recent ten years,the future development trend was prospected.
