摘 要:以膨胀后的天然蛭石为载体,硝酸锌为前驱体,聚乙二醇为分散剂,采用水热法制备了蛭石负载纳米氧化锌光催化剂。以甲基橙(MO)为模拟污染物,高压汞灯(250 W)为光源评价样品的光催化性能。讨论了不同负载量、反应温度和时间等条件对蛭石负载纳米氧化锌光催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:氧化锌纳米颗粒成功负载于蛭石表面,当反应温度为120℃、反应时间为8 h,负载30%蛭石时得到的催化剂光催化性能最佳,在250 W高压汞灯下对MO 60 min内的光催化降解效率达到98.34%。Using expanded natural vermiculite as carrier,zinc nitrate as precursor and polyethylene glycol as a dispersant,a vermiculite-supported zinc oxide photocatalyst was prepared by a hydrothermal method.The photocatalytic performance of the samples was evaluated using methyl orange(MO)as a simulated pollutant and a high-pressure mercury lamp(250 W)as the light source.The effects of different loadings,reaction temperature and reaction time on the photocatalytic performance of vermiculite-supported zinc oxide nanoparticles were discussed.The results showed that the zinc oxide nanoparticles were successfully supported on the vermiculite surface.The best photocatalytic performance was obtained when the reaction temperature was 120℃,the reaction time was 8 h,and 30%vermiculite was loaded.The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of MO under 250 W high pressure mercury lamp reached 98.34%in 60 minutes.
