摘  要:本文以溴代十八烷、二乙胺、双氧水等为原料,通过改变反应原料比、反应温度2个主要影响因素对其进行优化试验。确定了合成最佳的反应条件为:n(溴代十八烷)∶n(二乙胺)=1∶1.2,反应温度为50℃,n(溴代十八叔烷)∶n(双氧水)=1∶1.1,反应温度为80℃。将粗产物N,N-二乙基十八烷基叔胺经过过滤抽、溶剂萃取等精制方法,得到了精制产物表面活性剂N,N-二乙基十八烷基氧化胺。用红外光谱对合成的N,N-二乙基十八烷基叔胺及氧化胺进行了表征,红外光谱图中出现了氧化胺的特征吸收峰,表明成功的合成出了氧化胺。实验还对N,N-二乙基十八烷基氧化胺表面活性剂基本性能与N,N-二甲基十八烷基氧化胺进行对比研究,能使水的表面张力降低到34.3mN·m^-1;与大庆原油界面张力降低至10^-3 mN·m^-1数量级,同时测定了在酸性条件下氧化胺表面活性剂阳离子特性,可以确定该类氧化胺表面活性剂能够改变醋酸溶液的电导率及电力平衡常数。性能试验研究表明所合成的氧化胺表面活性剂具有氧化胺活性剂的基本性能。In this paper,two main factors affecting the reaction material ratio and reaction temperature were used to optimize the experiment.The optimum reaction conditions for synthesis were determined as follows:n(diethylamine)=1∶1.2,reaction temperature 50℃,n(bromo-octadecane)∶n(hydrogen peroxide)=1∶1.1,reaction temperature 80℃.The crude product N,N-diethyloctadecyl tertiary amine were extracted by filtration and solvent extraction.The surfactant N,N-diethyloctadecyl amine oxide were obtained.Using infrared spectroscopy N,N-diethyloctadecyl tertiary amine and oxidized amine were characterized,and the characteristic absorption peaks of oxidized amine appeared in the infrared spectrum,indicating the successful synthesis of oxidized amine.The basic properties of N,N-diethyl-octadecyl amine oxide surfactant and N,N-diethyl-octadecyl amine oxide were compared,which could reduce the surface tension of water to 34.3 mN·m-1;and Daqing crude oil to 10-3 orders of magnitude.The performance test showed that the synthesized amine oxide surfactant had the basic properties of amine oxide surfactant.
