摘  要:以四氯对苯醌与二甲基硅酸三羟甲基氧化膦环状酯醇钠为主要原料,合成了一种有色阻燃剂四环硅膦亚甲氧基对苯醌,即四-1-氧代-1-磷杂-3,5-二氧杂-4,4-二甲基-4-硅杂环己基-<4>-亚甲氧基对苯醌(TOPDSMB)。探讨了反应时间、温度和摩尔比对产率的影响,并通过FT-IR,1H-NMR、TG-DTA等表征产物的结构及性能。结果表明该产物在聚丙烯(PP)中添加量为20%时,其极限氧指数为28%。产物与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)复配后,在聚氯乙烯(PVC)和聚丙烯中添加量为20%(TOPDSMB∶MPP=1∶1)时,其极限氧指数均为30%。Tetra-1-oxo-1-phospha-3,5-dioxa-4,4-dimethyl-4-silacyclohexyl-<4>-methoxyp-benzoquinone(TOPDSMB)was synthesized by using tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone and sodium dimethylsilicate trihydroxymethyl phosphine cyclic ester alcohol as raw materials.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and amount ration of substance on the product yield were discussed.The structure and properties of product were characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and TG-DTA.When 20wt%of the product was added into polypropylene(PP),the limiting oxygen index(LOI)was 28%.While the addition of the product and melamine pyrophosphate(MPP)in polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and polypropylene were 10wt%respectively,the LOI values of composites were 30%.
