摘　　要：目的:探讨合理用药监测系统(PASS)对我院门诊处方的监测分析。方法:选取2019年4-12月PASS对门诊处方审核的监测数据,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:PASS共监测门诊处方177514份,用药提示1941条,其中黑灯警示20条(1.03%),红灯警示749条(38.59%),橙灯警示1172条(60.38%)。结论:PASS可以及时有效地发现处方中存在的不合理用药情况,预防药物不良事件的发生,对提高医院的合理用药水平有重要意义。Objective:To explore the monitoring and analysis of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital by rational drug use monitoring system(PASS).Methods:The monitoring data of outpatient prescription audit by PASS from April to December 2019 were selected and statistically analyzed.Results:PASS monitored 177514 outpatient prescriptions and 1941 medication tips,including 20 black light warnings(1.03%),749 red light warnings(38.59%)and 1172 orange light warnings(60.38%).Conclusion:PASS can timely and effectively detect the unreasonable drug use in the prescription and prevent the occurrence of adverse drug events,which is of great significance to improve the level of rational drug use in the hospital.
